BUTCH-A-DAY PROJECT

Hello friends, I don’t really like to post non-photos or things not pertaining to this blog here… but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to use this space to ask for help with a project I’m working on right now called Butch-A-Day. It’s in conjunction with the Artclash Collective and their Fun-A-Day series/gallery show.

Basically what I’m going to do is talk to one Butch identified person for every day there is in the month of January. I will ask them each the same set of questions:

“How do you define Butch?” and “Where are you right now?”

I will document this interaction by creating a framed 4x6 inch drawing or digital design image of each person I talk to, along with their answers. (I may have to condense some of the answers to get the image and text to fit, but all in all I will stay as true to the answers I receive as possible.)

Come Feb I will hopefully have 31 framed images total to show at the gallery for the ArtClash Collective’s event. I’m dong this to prove that Butches are out there, we do exist and we’re all connected in some way! I still need more Butches to participate. I can only do this with your help!
